Metallurgical Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
1.Metallurgical support for production shop include:
a. Work with H/T engineer on supporting shop operation and problem solving in metallurgical area.
b. Perform failure analysis and provide failure analysis report .(conclusion, discussion , recommendation)
c. Provide metallurgical inspection &recommendation for NPI and process improvement.
2.Initiate, follow up and review lab paper for daily inspections .
3.Provide technical instruction and training for lab technicians &trainees from product line.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
1. University degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Metallurgy.
2. Technical competence in basic metallurgical and heat treat concepts and equipment
applications.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal
initiative, good computer skills, team spirit, careful, considerate, and diligent.
4. Competence in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
5. At least 3 years experience in Met lab.
Heat Treat Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
1. Perform duties in factory as directed in the appropriate quality plan. The quality plan will address specific procedures to perform these activities. Procedures will involve skills learned from advanced training.
2. Provide direction to personnel on the hourly and salaried payroll on operations activities that are supported by the Technical Department.
3. Perform duties that involve technically advanced techniques and equipment. Technically advanced techniques will be learned through individual study and company sponsored training. Participation and recognition within a professional society also indicates accomplishment in this area.
4. With supervision from an appropriate source, maintain manufacturing process instructions. These instructions include operating instructions, maintenance plans, and safe operating procedures. Provide guidance to manufacturing on these procedures.
5. Ability to perform in depth failure analysis and identification of root cause of failures. Must utilize metallurgical and process knowledge to solve problems. Analysis ability of both field failures and shop problems required.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
1. University degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
2. Technical competence in basic metallurgical and heat treat concepts and equipment applications.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, good computer skills, team spirit, careful, considerate, and diligent.
4. Competence in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
5. A minimum of 1 year related experience required and demonstrated performance to accept additional responsibilities that require this extra experience.
Chemical Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
1. Perform duties in factory as directed in the appropriate quality plan. The quality plan will address specific procedures to perform these activities. Procedures will involve skills learned from advanced training.
2. Provide direction to personnel on the hourly and salaried payroll on operations activities that are supported by the Technical Department.
3. Perform duties that involve technically advanced techniques and equipment. Technically advanced techniques will be learned through individual study and company sponsored training. Participation and recognition within a professional society also indicates accomplishment in this area.

5. With supervision from an appropriate source, plan production routings for new product introductions. Participate on new product introduction teams to provide sourcing guidance on products and processes.
6. Provide chemical technical support to enterprise related activities including Environment, Health and Safety, take leadership under specific situations.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
1. University degree in Chemical Engineering.
2. Technical competence in basic chemical processes and equipment.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, good computer skills, team spirit, careful, considerate, and diligent.
