School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering

The School of Biology and Chemical Engineering was established in 1978. It has 1200 undergraduates and 46 postgraduates. Teaching and research is held in high regard by the school. Expenditure from 2003 to 2005 is up to 3.088 million RMB. There are 7 items of National Natural and Scientific Fund and 35 open and authorized patents originating from the school.
