School of Electronic Information and Communications Engineering
The school has a teaching staff of 64 including 12 professors. There are currently 1,627 full-time students. Over the past three years, the school has set up the major discipline of Physical Electronics, and the major developing discipline of Communication and Information System.
The school features modern electronics and technology, telecommunication technology, advanced instruments, chip design and photoelectronical information technology. It has established a cooperative relationship with Motorola, Freescale, Tianjin Zhonghuan Electronic Information Group and built student training grounds. Graduates from the school all possess very good career opportunities.
