IEEE要求所有的PDF文件都通过PDF eXpress产生或者验证(最终稿上传第5步)，很多没有通过PDF eXpress产生或者验证PDF文件不符合要求，因此不能进入IEEE Xplore，也不能被EI/ISTP检索。已经上传了没有通过PDF eXpress产生或者验证的最终稿的作者，请严格按照IEEE最终稿上传网页上的步骤和要求，尽快重新上传通过PDF eXpress产生或者验证的PDF文件（PDF eXpress即将开通）。

注意：如果你首次使用PDF eXpress，请先点击New Users - Click here, Conference ID是bmei08.

The publisher requires that all PDF files must be either created or validated using PDF eXpress (Step 5 during final paper submissions). Many papers that are not created or validated using PDF eXpress are not IEEE-compliant and therefore cannot be included in the conference proceedings or the IEEE Xplore for searching and indexing.

If you have already submitted final papers which were not created or validated using PDF eXpress, please create or validate your final papers using PDF eXpress and re-submit, following the instructions on the IEEE CSP final paper submission web page (see your acceptance notification for the web link).
